Shipping & Returns
Fast, tracked, and carefully packed — everything ships from our Virginia facility. Read the policies below or reach us at support@mintmarketco.com.
Shipping
- All orders ship from Virginia, USA via USPS or UPS with tracking.
- Free tracked shipping on U.S. orders over $199. Under $199, flat rate starts at $5.95.
- Orders placed before 2pm ET dispatch within 24 hours from our Virginia facility.
- Delivery estimates: 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.
Packaging
- Sealed boxes ship in right-sized boxes with corner protection and inner cushioning.
- Individual booster packs and supplies ship in bubble mailers.
- High-value orders (>$500) ship with signature confirmation at no charge.
Returns
- 30-day return window on unopened, factory-sealed items in original condition.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of receipt.
- Opened product, singles, and clearance items are final sale.
Damaged or Lost
- Damaged in transit? Email a photo within 48 hours and we'll make it right immediately.
- Lost packages are covered — we'll file the claim and reship or refund at your choice.
- Every order is packed by a real collector who checks the seal before it goes out.
